Before submitting a question, there are a few steps that you can try that will fix 90% of problems.
Try again - As strange as it sounds, it should be the first thing you try. Heck, try it another 4-5 times. It's just a law of computers: they have hiccups/glitches.
Clear your browser cache - Your browser caches data in order to access it quicker the next time. While this speeds things up, it can also sometimes cause problems. If you don't know how to clear your cache, look at this quick guide by clicking here.
Try in a different browser - Sometimes the problem can be related to the browser you are using. Try again in a different browser. If the problem goes away, send us a ticket, and we will see if it is actually a problem with that browser, or if it's on your end. If the problem persists, feel free to send us a ticket.
Reboot - If all else fails, reboot your computer. Sometimes the computer is just being glitchy, and a reboot will usually fix this.
