The knowledge base is a very useful and easy-to-use tool. The knowledge base contains various articles, FAQs, etc to help you with potential problems. The knowledge base is located on the Solutions tab at the top of every page.
You can go to specific categories in the knowledge base to search for articles relating to that category, or you can search for an article using keywords.
At the top of an article, you will find the article's title and when it was posted.
At the very bottom of an article, there is an option to rate whether or not the article was helpful, but this is completely optional.
When you use the knowledge base efficiently, it can be a very helpful tool.
